How do I
place an order?
Search the item, click on the shop button.
The order will be added to your shopping basket.
Once you are done selecting all the items you would like to buy, check out.
Your details will be consolidated and automatically sent to Plaasmeisie for processing.
You will receive an e-mail with our banking details for payment as we do not accept online payment for orders. We currently accept EFT PAYMENTS ONLY.
If you do make a cash deposit payment, please ensure to add the bank charges for cash deposit payments
Please use the system generated Order Number as your Bank Reference Number when Making payment to us.
Once we have payment confirmation of your order, we will get your order ready for delivery. Orders will not be sent until full payment has been received. If your order is not paid immediately, the system will not automatically keep the goods aside, Another client will have the option to order and pay the item.
We use THE COURIER GUY or ARAMEX or POSTNET to deliver packages.
We ship as soon as payment is received for products in stock.
Your Order will be delivered to you within 2 to 4 working day (depending on the distance between Johannesburg and your designated delivery address)
Shipping cost to main cities and regional towns are R110 for a courier sized bag.
This may differ for larger packages or remote areas and towns. Please ask us if you are not sure.
You can also collect your order from our Store at Mall of the South in Johannesburg, or send your own courier should you wish to do this instead. There is an option to select this on our Online Store when placing an order.
Once we have packed your order, you will receive a courier reference number that you can use to track your order on the courier website. We will indicate which courier services was used. Either go to OR and use your tracking number to check. Please allow up to 24 hours for the reference number to reflect, to give the courier services enough time to check your package into their HUB. If it doesn't show, wait a little while and try again.
Once your order has been dispatched we can no longer be held liable for any loss or damage to the item
Unfortunately for any custom / personalised orders, we cannot offer a refund and/or an exchange due to the nature of the specific order which won’t be able to be resold.
Unfortunately we do not offer refunds
Before an order is sent out, we inspect the product for any quality defaults and will not send a product out unless we are certain that the product is up to standard. Keep in mind that our products are handmade.
In the event that you are not satisfied with your order / our product, please contact us immediately on so that we can address the matter and see how we can agree on a win win situation.
We will do our utmost to ensure our clients have a great buying experience.
If you feel that a smaller or bigger size shoe will be better for you, and you would like to exchange.

We will then confirm if we have stock of the item you wish to exchange for.
If the item is in stock, we will keep it aside for you until we courier the item.
If the item is out of stock at the time, we will inform you and you will have the choice to return the shoe you have with you in the interim, and then wait for the out of stock item to arrive in store OR
you may hold onto your item until we receive stock of the item you wish to exchange for.
If you decide on option two, we will place your name on our exchange list, to inform you when the new stock arrive.
The exchange process works as follow :
We will ask you to EFT R220 into our bank account to cover the courier fee.
When making payment, please use your original order number plus the word EXCHANGE
(EXAMPLE 10325 EXCHANGE)
Once the R220 reflect in our account, we will book The Courier Guy to collect the pair of shoes from you. As soon as the shoes arrive at our store, we will send the pair that you would like instead to you.
You will be informed of the courier reference number by e-mail to track your parcel.
We do our best to indicate which size shoe you should purchase from the start to avoid unnecessary costs to you. If you are note sure about out sizes, please fee free to ask us.
Plaasmeisie can not be held responsible if the shoes ordered do not fit.
Plaasmeisie can not be held responsible for the cost to exchange shoes.
Online and In Store
Our Online Store and Physical Store at Mall of the South carry the same stock.
If our website does not show stock, then we are our of stock and the item will not be available in store.
If our store doesn't have the physical stock, then the items can not be ordered online.
WE ARE SOLD OUT.
We do not take payment or deposits for items that are sold out / out of stock
Should an item be out of stock, we will place your details onto our NOTIFY WHEN STOCK ARRIVE list. Please NOTE that we do not see this as an ORDER PLACED. We are merely taking note that you are interested in purchasing an item that we do not have stock of at the time and we ensure to keep you informed when the item is back in stock so that you can order and pay.
Once an item is back in store, we will sms you to notify you that it's in stock.
We receive a limited amount of stock per item / per size. If you would like to purchase the in stock item, please respond to our message to inform us immediately, and we will be happy to keep the item aside until we receive your payment. Items can only be kept aside for max 3 days.
